    Define the theme, world, characters, conflict, and ending to establish a consistent story spine.

    Plan the episodes

    Break the story into episodes with an opening, development, emotional turn, and hook into the next chapter.

    Write the shooting script

    Turn the plan into a shootable script with timing, location, time of day, action, dialogue, and sound cues.

STORY CORE

A closing cinema becomes the setting for Shuichi, a projectionist who avoids change, and Mio, an illustrator trying to regain her own voice.

The concept becomes a ten-episode vertical series at 30 seconds per episode, with episodes one to three developed into timed shooting scripts.

REVISION FOCUS

Preserve the approved setting and ending while refining faces, hands, and physical distance as visual emotion, then tighten the pacing to work within 30 seconds.
